She chronicles her impressions as a way to identify and fulfill life’s potential. Mila believes that we all have the power to make positive changes in ourselves and in our world. Learning to trust and believe in herself has empowered her to make wiser decisions, and infused her life with more laughter, joy, mindfulness, and self-love.
Mila graduated from Columbia College with a bachelor’s degree in history and from the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) with a master’s degree in international security policy. She actively supports organizations making positive change and serves on several nonprofit boards. She is currently working on a book about self-empowerment and shifting perspectives to make room for better living.
