Shauna Mei is the Founder and CEO of AhaLife, which acts as a unique marketplace for high-end, luxury designers and artisans to compete against larger companies, gain exposure and scale their business to connect with the people who care.
Born in Inner Mongolia, China, and coming to the United States at the tender age of 8, Shauna is fluent in both Mandarin and English. No stranger to handwork, she is a MIT Alumnus in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and AI.
After graduating, Shauna landed her a job with Goldman Sachs Private Equity and Investment Banking. She is Co-founder of Aronson Group, Luxury Investment and Advisory Firm with former CEO of Donna Karan, Marc Jacobs, and Oscar de la Renta, as well as COO of Casall, 20MM Revenue Luxury Swedish Activewear Company.
Shauna’s hard work has paid off in the way of severe accolades such as Fast Company’s 1000 Most Creative People, Fast Company’s 1000 Most Innovative People in Business, she was winner of SmartCEO’s Future50 Award and a finalist for Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
